With many variables and a multitude of report requirements, this is a perfect application for object-orientated design and programming. The need for many users to interact with the system with little or no training is easily accomplished with a web application "look and feel".
- Ark's vision is for their customers to be able to make their bookings online, and for care staff, administrators and ancillary staff to be able to access the system whenever and wherever they want to gain the information they need.
