Technical Depth
Darryl Oatridge
- With more than 20 years experience in software design & development, Darryl brings technical depth to the company. Starting out in C & C++ and moving to Java and object modeling, he has worked at director level with a number of blue chip companies as well as independent software houses.
- Darryl has an active interest in the Open Source community and agile development techniques as well as the transition of business models into the Web 2.0 world. He initiated the OpenGrass project and lectures in object design & Java/web development at the University of Highlands & Islands.
- Darryl has an Honours degree in Distributed Information Systems and a Masters in Professional Development.
Design and Business
Nick Maunder
- A former RAF officer and Tornado flying instructor, Nick has a wealth of leadership and management experience in a wide range of dynamic and sometimes difficult situations, having led teams of up to 300 people in locations across the world.
- Nick holds a wide range of awards, qualifications, and skills. He was awarded a Queen’s Commendation for Valuable Service in 2004 and holds a First Class Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering, as well as a Diploma in Management. Nick is director and company secretary of a number of highly successful and award-winning companies and has been a senior training manager for many years.
